Ingredients
- ¾ cup yogurt
- 1 regular or ½ English cucumber or carrot or half of each, shredded and drained
- Salt and sugar to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 1 finely chopped green chili or to taste
Directions
- Whisk yogurt in a mixing bowl until smooth. Add all remaining ingredients and stir everything. Let it sit in refrigerator for 30 to 40 minutes before serving.
